Any cancellation should be initiated by telephone at +39 347 8530463 or by mail to isabella.bariani@gmail.com and I will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

In the following cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:

 

If you notify your cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the tour: NO cancellation fee. We will refund the amount paid less any non-recoverable upfront costs incurred by the the guide on your behalf. These upfront costs represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, transportation deposits….

If you notify your cancellation 29 to 16 days before the start of the tour: 50% cancellation fee plus  non-recoverable upfront costs (see above)

 

If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of the tour: 100% cancellation fee

Any tour should be paid in full 30 days prior to the start of the tour. If you paid for deposit and you cancel 30 days or more before the start of the tour, you will receive a refund less the bank/Paypal fee.

 

If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, we will refund the full amount you have paid for your tour less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs the guide has incurred on your behalf – car rentals, admissions, reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision. Before proceeding to a refund you may choose between a rescheduling of the tour on another time/day after your availability or an alternative tour. In the latter case you will  receive a reimbursement should the alternative tour be less expensive than the one you purchased in the beginning.

 

Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour.

 

In the event that the guide cancels the tour due to weather or other circumstances like health reasons, you may choose between a rescheduling of the tour or a full refund of all monies paid.
