Wine and Chocolate

A foodie trip at the boundaries of the Venetian Lagoon

Experiential tour

This tour to Venice countryside is the occasion for savouring food delicacies and fine wine. We’ll also have the opportunity to be eco-friendly because we’ll cruise along the Piave river by an electric boat.
It is a relaxing experience and a real treat for the palate.

Wine

We start our day together with a drive to a winery located in a beautiful property, where will you’ll be introduced to DOC wines(quality assurance label), produced at a stone throw from Venice. The Lison-Pramaggiore area produces wines with a strong character and intense color like Merlot, Malbech and Raboso or white wines with a more elegant fragrance like Sisso and Chardonnay. The tasting includes typical cheese and cold cuts, like prosciutto and salami.

Chocolate

Our glorious day continues with a visit to a chocolate factory to learn about cocoa and the secrets of good chocolate. The company was started in 1960 making spirits like grappa and limoncello after the distilling expertise of grandmother Teresa.
You will help the chef to prepare some gelato or a bar of chocolate before tasting some specialties.

Boat ride

We’ll reach the chocolate factory by an eco-friendly boat (electric engine) to enjoy a cruise along the peaceful Piave river. The ride is just 20 minutes and the chocolate factory has its own pier.
